The Great Strawberry Experiment

The strawberries have been growing well, we’ve had a few strawberries from them but the millipedes and slugs have gotten to quite a few of them. The pink flowering one still hasn’t produced any fruit but that might be because it’s in the corner and gets the least sun.

17/8/08 we have planted a strawberry patch in the planter box near the front door. In the interest of scientific discovery we have planted 6 different varieties to see which will be best.
